Often many courses look good on paper, have a great syllabus and are built on a platform of many hours. But do they touch on the right subject matters? What is the relevance of the course to the respective scenarios? Who writes the procedures? Are they applicable? Can the operators use these techniques under stress?

Often the courses do not contain the required learning tactics as exemplified by real scenarios. In addition, and often, the participants have not undergone the right suitability screening for such functions. Training can be expensive and not relevant!
